I started VitalTech after 6 years of fixing tech after it fails. I know how much a computer going down or losing data on a drive can hinder a small business. You already have enough stress running your business without your tech failing. Now I focus on helping businesses prevent issues in the first place. Most IT failures are either due to a lack of maintenance or show early warning signs before they fail. That gives us time to fix the issue before it interrupts your business.
We strive to be your technology partner instead of a normal service provider. We constantly look for ways to help you be more productive by leveraging technology. We will never recommend something unless we know it will help your business. If you aren’t sure if you need our help, then give us a call or schedule a meeting. I am always happy to talk and look over whether we are a good fit. Even if we aren’t the right partner for you, I will get you to someone that is a better fit for your business.
